Our goal is to help you improve your job application materials and increase your chances of securing interviews. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CVlyzd, including our website and all associated services. By accessing or using CVlyzd, whether through our website or mobile application, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use CVlyzd.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of CVlyzd. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using our services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use CVlyzd.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use CVlyzd for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Circumventing any usage limits or restrictions.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.

3. Services & Credits

Functionality: CVlyzd utilizes artificial intelligence to provide Cover Letter generation (COVERYzer) and CV optimization (CVlyzer) services. We aim to help you pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and increase the likelihood of your CV reaching human reviewers.

Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system.

  • 5 Credit = 1 Cover Letter Generation (COVERYzer):

    Allows you to generate one Cover Letter tailored to a specific job description.

  • 10 Credit = 1 CV Optimization (CVlyzer):

    Allows us to analyze, optimize, and regenerate your CV based on a specific job description.

Credit Expiration: Credits purchased are valid indefinitely and have no expiration date.

Download Formats: You may download generated Cover Letters and CVs in PDF or .DOCX formats.

Service Limitations: While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., interview invitations, job offers). CVlyzd is a tool to assist you; the ultimate responsibility for your job search rests with you.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the CV and Cover Letter content you provide to us. However, by submitting your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the CVlyzd service to you.

Our Intellectual Property: CVlyzd, including our AI algorithms, software, website, and all related content, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of CVlyzd without our express written consent.

AI-Generated Content: While we strive for accuracy and quality, the AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of the generated content before using it.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 24 hours, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to usage of credits after the 24-hour period.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

No Guarantee of Results: CVlyzd is designed to assist you in your job search, but we make no guarantee that you will secure a job or receive an interview.

Accuracy & Reliability: While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from reliance on the generated content.

"As Is" Service: CVlyzd is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of CVlyzd.
